Buildings and LearningSpan have teamed up to make self paced learning affordable and readily accessible. Customers can purchase courses from a broad array of topics from a diverse group of subject matter experts. Both Company and Personal Accounts are available.
Company Account - As a resource for employee training, organizations can establish a Company Account and purchase courses on a volume basis. After initial setup, managing employee training is quite simple. Your Company Administrator will manage all permissions and course access over the Internet via a dedicated Company Account. The Company Administrator can then tailor individualized training programs for employees, based on Department, job function, skill level, etc.
Personal Account - Individuals can purchase courses through a Personal Account and build their own customized Training Transcript. Many courses in the library will also qualify for continuing education credit for various professional certifications.
Pricing - There are no upfront set-up fees, or monthly recurring seat fees. Customers pay only for courses actually needed. Course prices include the use of LearningSpan's web-based training delivery network and Learning Management System. With LearningSpan, individuals and companies (both large and small) have the advantage of a robust training library and a comprehensive LMS.
Continuing Professional Education - Many of the available self-paced courses under the topics listed below have are eligible for Continuing Education Credit by organizations such as BOMI International, the US Green Building Council, the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Association of Facilities Engineers (AFE), and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). Please see each library page for further CEU eligibility information. If you do not see your organization listed please let us know so we may inquire and ascertain eligibility requirements.
