TPC Training Systems has organized its technical skills library into Core Competencies and Specific Competencies.
Clients often establish baseline training programs that include courses from the Core Competencies series, followed by a selection of courses from the Specific Competencies series. This approach provides targeted training for a particular craft or trade.
Core Competencies
These courses cover fundamental skills and knowledge that all entry-level maintenance personnel should possess. Core Competencies are presented as three sub-series, including Fundamentals, Electrical Systems, and Mechanical Systems.
